For sizes up to 60cm x 90cm, there's a minimum order requirement of 25 units to ensure cost-effectiveness for both parties.

Event flags measuring 60cm x 90cm, like those used for crowd engagement, are printed on 100D polyester for quick production and cost-efficiency. For smaller hand flags, we can offer 128g paper, which is economical to produce. We offer double-sided printing for these paper flags at no extra charge, although size is capped at 20cm x 30cm.

Hand Flag Fixtures
For our hand flags sized 60cm x 90cm and larger, we employ double-stitched lines for added durability. For dimensions smaller than that, we use laser-cutting techniques to seal the edges, as it's a more appropriate method. You have the option to choose between wooden or UPVC poles for the hand flags.
Single or Double sided Flags
Typically, polyester flags are single-sided when paired with a UPVC pole due to weight considerations. While double-sided options are available, they are generally not recommended for this material and pole combination.
What is the definition of single sided flags? Single sided flags are flags that display 100% ink on the front side, while the back side allows for approximately 85-90% bleed through.
To ensure no transparency, our double sided flags are constructed with a middle block out material. Each flag is printed twice and then carefully sewn together, allowing for a clear flag image on both sides.
